AUS-8 offers a balance between toughness, edge sharpness and corrosion resistance to compliment the handle’s durability and versatility. To enhance the base strength, the AUS-8 steel is bonded with Carbonitride Titanium can resist rust and corrosion unlike any other material and it makes the blade up to 10x harder than untreated steel so the edge can remain sharp across countless cuts.
