The Cold Steel Gentleman’s Stockman Folding Knife with three blades, which has been customarily called a Stockman knife, has the standard clip point and spey point blade of the Trapper with the addition of a sheepsfoot blade. It features handles made from authentic bone and is highlighted with polished metal bolsters. The rugged handles are substantially sized for hard work, even with gloved hands. It is constructed in a traditional Jack Knife pattern, with three polished stainless steel blades, a clip point blade for piercing and cutting, a spey blade for skinning and gutting and a sheeps foot blade to avoid piercing during any slicing work. Its a practical knife that is useful for all sorts of chores and it fits in well in almost any environment from urban to rural.
