Range Ready is the entry-level tier of the Zack’s Caliber Club. It’s where every customer begins once they create an account and make a purchase. There’s no signup required and no fees — your membership starts automatically.

🔹 How do I qualify for Range Ready?

You qualify for Range Ready with $0 to $4,999 in eligible purchases made from now till the end of time. If you’ve made any recent purchase under your Zack’s Sports account, you’re already in.

🔹 What perks do I get as a Range Ready member?

🔹 How do I move to the next tier?

To reach the next tier, Sharpshooters, simply accumulate $5,000 or more in eligible purchases, Its that Simple! Your account will be automatically upgraded — no action required on your part.

🔹 Can I access VIP events as a Range Ready member?

Range Ready members may receive email invites to public sales and promotions, but access to exclusive VIP events is reserved for higher tiers like Sharpshooters and High Caliber.

The Sharpshooters tier is the second level of Zack’s Caliber Club. It’s designed to recognize our more committed customers — the ones who’ve shown consistent trust in Zack’s Sports by reaching a key lifetime spending milestone.

🔹 How do I qualify for Sharpshooters?

You’re automatically moved into the Sharpshooters tier once your lifetime spending reaches $5,000 or more on qualifying purchases through your Zack’s Sports account. No signup or manual tracking is necessary — we handle the upgrade for you.

🔹 What benefits do Sharpshooters receive?

As a Sharpshooters member, you unlock:

Early access to major online sales and new product drops
Exclusive promotional offers tailored to your interests
Continued access to all Range Ready perks

These benefits are automatically applied to your account when you’re logged in.

🔹 Can I access VIP events or high-tier perks?

Sharpshooters receive enhanced offers and earlier sale access, but invitations to private events and exclusive high-tier experiences are reserved for our High Caliber members. Keep an eye on your inbox — we occasionally include Sharpshooters in select promotions.

🔹 How close am I to High Caliber?

To reach the top tier, High Caliber, your lifetime spend must exceed $15,000. You can view your current progress by logging into your account at shop.zackssports.com and visiting your dashboard.

High Caliber is the top tier of Zack’s Caliber Club — our way of recognizing the most loyal and dedicated members of the Zack’s Sports community. It’s reserved for customers whose lifetime support has earned them VIP treatment with premium recognition and access.

🔹 How do I qualify for High Caliber?

You’ll automatically be upgraded to the High Caliber tier once your lifetime spending exceeds $14,000 through your Zack’s Sports account. There’s no form to fill out — we track your progress behind the scenes and apply your new tier as soon as it’s earned.

🔹 What benefits come with High Caliber status?

As a High Caliber member, you receive the highest level of access and recognition, including:

First-in-line access to major promotions, sales, and limited product drops
Exclusive event invitations (digital or in-person when applicable)
Personalized communications and elite-member-only updates
All perks included in Range Ready and Sharpshooters tiers

Your VIP perks are tied directly to your account and are applied automatically.

Yes. When you reach the High Caliber threshold, we’ll send you a congratulatory email, letting you know that your status has been upgraded. Your dashboard at shop.zackssports.com will also reflect your current tier.

High Caliber members may receive private invitations to:

Early-access product drops

(When available) exclusive in-person experiences or vendor demos

Eligibility

Active Account Required:
You must have an active customer account registered on Zack’s Sports online store (shop.zackssports.com). Guest checkout purchases are not eligible for tier tracking or rewards.
Age Requirement:
You must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for the program, in accordance with federal and state firearm retail regulations.
Residency:
Participation is limited to individuals residing in the United States. Zack’s Sports primarily serves customers in New York State, and some VIP benefits (e.g. in-person events, range perks) may be location-dependent.
Compliance with Store Policies:
All participants must remain in good standing with Zack’s Sports, adhering to its terms of service and community standards. Abuse of the program may result in suspension or removal from the VIP program without notice.
One Account per Customer:
Multiple accounts by a single customer cannot be combined. Only purchases made under your primary account will count toward tier progress.

How Tiers are Awarded

VIP tiers are automatically assigned based on your total eligible spending at Zack’s Sports.
Tier evaluation occurs monthly, and changes are applied automatically without customer action.
Tiers are defined as follows:
- Range Ready: $0–$4,999
- Sharpshooters: $5,000–$14,999
- High Caliber: $15,000+
Only completed and non-refunded purchases are considered toward your spend total.
Only online purchases are Eligible at this time.

Program Changes

Zack’s Sports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Program (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
Benefits, tiers, spending thresholds, and eligibility rules are subject to change to maintain fairness, adapt to business operations, or meet compliance standards.
If changes significantly impact your tier or perks, Zack’s will make reasonable efforts to inform participants via email or updates posted on the VIP page.

Exclusions

Zack’s Caliber Club tier-based perks and discounts do not apply to the following items and categories, unless explicitly stated:

We reserve the right to not stack discounts on certain items
Gift cards and store credit
Clearance or “final sale” items
Items governed by MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) restrictions
Layaway balances or special-order deposits

Discounts and benefits are applied at Zack’s Sports’ discretion and may be modified without notice in accordance with regulatory or vendor restrictions. For questions about eligibility on a specific item, please contact our customer service team prior to purchase.

Program FAQ

How do I move up a tier?

Tier progression is based on your total eligible spending at Zack’s Sports (currently Online Accounts Only). As your spending increases, your account is automatically upgraded to the appropriate VIP tier:

Range Ready: $0–$4999
Sharpshooters: $5,000–$14,999
High Caliber: $15,000+

There is no manual enrollment—you move up as you shop. Tier evaluations are performed monthly, and upgrades or downgrades happen automatically based on your trailing 12-month spend.

Where can I see my current tier?

To check your VIP status:

Visit shop.zackssports.com
Log into your customer account
Navigate to your profile dashboard

Your current tier (Range Ready, Sharpshooters, or High Caliber) will be displayed in your account summary. If you have trouble accessing your account or don’t see your tier, reach out to our support team at sales@zackssports.com.

Does firearm or ammunition spending count?

Yes, all eligible purchases count toward your tier total—including firearms, ammunition, accessories, apparel, and gear—provided:

The transaction is completed (no refunds/cancellations)
It’s tied to your active Zack’s Sports account
You did not check out as a guest

Note: Some items may be excluded from promotional perks or rewards due to legal restrictions, but they still count toward your tier total.

Can I combine multiple accounts or purchases?

No. Only one account per customer is eligible for VIP tracking. Purchases made under different accounts cannot be combined.

To ensure your spending counts toward your VIP status:

Always log in before making a purchase
Avoid checking out as a guest

If you believe you have duplicate accounts, contact us at sales@zackssports.com for assistance in merging them.

Will my tier ever go down?

No, our rewards will never kick you down. The Program is designed to reward those that have supported us online.

How do I redeem my perks?

Most perks—like early access, swag, and event invites—are automatically activated based on your tier. Depending on the perk:

Online discounts apply at checkout when logged in
Invitations are sent via email

Some perks (e.g. event RSVPs ) may require advance sign-up. Details will be included in your tier-based communication.
