Orders & Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Orders ship within 3–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are provided for UPS and FedEx shipments.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and bring a valid photo ID (plus any required documentation for firearms or ammunition). Background checks apply at pickup if the item is a firearm and are billed separately from your online order.
Do you ship out of state?
Yes. Non-firearm items ship anywhere we’re legally allowed to send them. Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer in your state, and you’re responsible for any transfer fees on that end.
FFL Transfers & Firearm Law
Do you accept FFL transfers?
Yes – transfers start at $100 per firearm. Have your seller ship the firearm to us (call for our current FFL information), and we’ll handle the transfer. See our FFL Transfers page for the full process.
I’m buying a handgun in New York – what do I need?
New York residents need a valid NY pistol permit for handgun transfers. Every firearm transfer is also subject to a background check completed in-store before the firearm can be released.
Can you ship ammunition to New York?
Ammunition for New York residents must ship to a valid FFL dealer, or be picked up in store with valid identification. All ammunition sales are final.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 business days of receiving your order. Items returned unopened in their original packaging can be exchanged, credited, or refunded less a 10% restocking fee. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return a firearm or ammunition?
No. Due to the nature of these products, all firearm and ammunition sales are final once processed.
What items can’t be returned?
Special orders and custom-configured products, items sold “as is” or used or that have been installed, and illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment are non-returnable.
In-Store & Range
Where are you located and when are you open?
We’re in Round Lake, NY. Store hours are Tue–Fri 10AM–6PM, Sat 9AM–4PM, and closed Sunday and Monday. Call (518) 899-2799 or visit our Our Store page.
Do you have a range and classes?
Yes. We have an on-site demo range where you can test-fire Byrna launchers and reserve range time. We also run training, including our Byrna Launcher Orientation & Training Course – see Classes.
