FFL Transfers
Bought a firearm online from another dealer, distributor, or an out-of-state private party? Have it shipped to us and we’ll handle the transfer to you – fully compliant with New York State and federal law. Transfers $100 per firearm.
How a transfer works

Buy your firearm
Purchase from any online retailer, distributor, or out-of-state seller.

Ship it to us
Give the seller our FFL information at checkout – call us and we’ll send it over.
03
We receive & notify
We log the firearm into our books and call or email you as soon as it lands.
04
Pick it up
Complete the federal background check in-store, and it’s yours to take home.
What to bring
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- New York residents: a valid NY pistol permit for handgun transfers
- Be ready to complete a NICS background check on pickup
- Your order details or a copy of the seller’s invoice
Transfer fees
$100 per firearm transfer. Applicable background-check fees may apply and are collected at pickup. Ask us about multi-firearm rates.
New York compliance
All transfers are completed in strict accordance with New York State Penal Law and federal law. You must be legally eligible to purchase and possess the firearm. Handgun transfers require a valid NY pistol permit, and every transfer is subject to a background check before it can be released. We reserve the right to refuse any transfer that does not comply with applicable law.
